Cub Scout Fast Start Training
All new leaders need to complete the "Fast-Start" training as soon as they begin their new role as an Adult Leader. This training is available on-line and is easy to use. You can go through the information at your own pace, since it is on-line, and you can do it when it fits into your schedule. You only need to complete the section related to your position with the pack (i.e., den leader, cubmaster, pack committee, etc…) but it would be beneficial to look at all of the positions to see just where everyone else fits in. It only takes approximately 15-20 minutes. There is also a video available from the Viking Council for use in a group setting.
